After applying for an account your details will be verified. In some cases, more information may be requested. Once approved, a login and password will be sent to the email on file to access our online shop. Pricing will be specific for your account. Any questions should be posed to your Sales Representative.
Who can be an IWG customer?
We serve three types of customers: Wholesalers/Distributors: Who buy full container loads (FCL) and have mass distributions channels. Supermarket Chains: From a single store to supermarket chains, IWG welcomes all orders. Small Independent Business: Usually buy small quantities of assorted products.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 96 countries worldwide. We also assist with documentation and logistics, arranging for transportation to your port of choice.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order online through our shop or by contacting our sales team via email or phone. We will guide you through the process, including product selection, payment, and shipping.
Is there an MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Yes, the preference is a single layer of each item but we also accept lower quantities (price varies based on quantities). Contact your sales representative for details.
Can a Quotation be cancelled or changed after being placed?
After a Quotation has been placed and it has been confirmed by your sales representative, IWG will allow a 48 hour window for changes. After this timeframe has expired the order will be considered final and no changes will be accepted.
What if I want a product that is currently not listed on your site?
IWG International works with a network of global distributors to find requested products. Please work with your Sales Representative on any items not within our catalog.
What payment methods do you accept?
IWG International only accepts International Bank Transfers made in US Dollars. Contact us for specific details.
Which ports does IWG ship from?
Our corporate office and warehouse is located in Florida, USA. Orders that are loaded from this warehouse are shipped from Port of Miami or Port Everglades depending on the shipping line. We also ship from various other ports around the USA.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and order size. We provide estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.
Where can I find information about demurrage and free time?
Each shipping line has its own regulations on demurrage, detention time & rates. This would depend on the port of destination and/or the shipping lines' discretion.
Can I track my shipment?
The status of an order can be tracked through the "My Account" page on the online shop. Once the container is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to connect to the shipping company’s tracking page.
How are the refrigerated and frozen products shipped?
To ship refrigerated or frozen items we have to book a refrigerated container (known as a "reefer") with a specific temperature respective of the products. The temperature has to be predetermined before booking. All of the items in a reefer container have to be placed on pallets due to moisture and/or condensation.
What standard export documentation does IWG provide?
IWG provides the following standard documentation with every order: Commercial Invoice, Health Certification, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Health Certification, all with the company stamp and in-house notary. Additional documents can be provided for a fee. Please discuss requirements with your Sales Representative.
